Jennifer Mills, entrepreneur and esthetician, is a master esthetician that focuses on integrative, holistic treatments with clinical results.

Jenn founded RBS in 2017 to introduce her approach of skin essentialism in a way that she believe supports optimal wellbeing. 

Jenn holds a diploma in Esthetics from Aveda Institute Denver.  She is currently enrolled in her Post-Graduate Integrative Dermatology Certification. She has over nine years of experience and graduated Magna Cum Laude with her undergraduate degree in Health and Wellness from Tulane University. 

Her integrative approach to skin health considers both the intrinsic and extrinsic elements that make up the skins’ ecosystem, including nutrition, personal constitution, and environment.  She values an individual approach to healing and preserving the skins’ barrier. It is through the continued and earnest study of various massage modalities, the skin microbiome, physiology, cosmetic chemistry, and nutrition, that makes her approach celebrated by hundreds of clients. 

Each session with Jenn is a personal experience powered by rigorous research, leading-edge science, and potent, non-toxic and cruelty-free skincare.  Every luxury session includes a mini consultation, personalized regimen, and extra healing and soothing amenities she has thoughtfully curated over the years. 

Jennifer’s goal is to listen, empower, and give autonomy to her clients to usher in balance.
