Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Ritual Body Wellness, LLC d/b/a Cultskin by Jenn has a strict NO REFUND policy. If you receive a service you must pay for your service and there are no refunds if you are not satisfied with the service. There are no refunds on packages or skincare. If you schedule a service you must cancel and/or reschedule that service at least 72 hours in advance of that service. If you fail to cancel and/or reschedule that service at least 72 hours in advance of that service you will be charged in full for that service regardless of whether the service actually takes place as resources including staffing, equipment, and space have been designated for your reserved service.
